Cafe baptised by Martín Berasategui as “Oilarra”, cock in basque, wich makes references to the mountain that welcomes our entrance to the Benasque Valley.
A rooster on a milestone receives all our friends, residents and visitors of the valley.
A rooster who stares at the “Gallinero” Beak and ensures each dawn´s song.
The milestones, so present in our footpaths that mark the points of reference of the way.
"Oilarra" is a cozy and lively space, with a rustic decoration in rough wood where the first quality products of the region and slices of bread made in our neighbour´s wood stove share.
This is the way we wanta Oilarra to be. A point of reference in your way where you can enjoy of a close treat and continue it with the best of the memories.
